It hosts the largest lagoon-style pool in the country, an incredibly calm beachfront (the waves break way offshore) and has majestic El Yunque rainforest as a backdrop. (Definitely do a day trip with a naturalist!)
One of the most unique aspects here though, due sheer size of this property, is that it never feels crowded. Start the day at one of the huge communal pools, move to the main beach to try some sea kayaking after lunch and then spend the rest of the afternoon swinging from a hammock on a secluded pocket of beach while the kids play in the warm water a foot away.

This ability to find a special, private spot on your own stretch of jaw-droppingly gorgeous beach is hard to replicate anywhere else on the island. When you’re ready to re-join civilization, you can hit a round on the 18-hole golf course, take part in the daily kids’ club activities or catch flying broccoli at the on-property hibachi restaurant.
